Coldwell Banker - Fort Myers Beach

We used Coldwell Banker to hire a condo in at Sunset, number 500. They had no interest in the fact that the air conditioning only worked in part of the condo, workmen turned up one day to carry out some work, and the place stunk of dampness. The condo itself was in pretty poor state, for the amount of money we paid. Really old decoration, old discoloured furniture, stained carpets, and an air conditioning unit that required you to leave the cupboard door open for it to function, and never managed to cool the main bedroom or the en-suite bathroom, so every shower turned it into a sauna. Advertised as having WIFI, but it doesn't, you need to pay for this separately once you in the Condo, I think it should be advertised as having pay as you go WIFI charged separately. Be careful if you plan to obtain a vacation rental from Coldwell Banker in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Their photos can be misleading. We reserved a condo based on Coldwell Banker's out-of-date photos. The condo's impressive furnishings had been "updated" the previous summer with substandard furniture, including a chair with one wobbly leg and one short leg. The mattress was so old and uneven, we had to turn it over onto its bottom side to be able to sleep. Per a voice mail left by Coldwell, the property owners confirmed they knew the mattress was old and 'might' be a problem. We erred in believing we could safely entrust our vacation to Coldwell banker.
