I’ve had the opportunity to work with this real estate agency both personally when purchasing homes and professionally in my line of work, and I can confidently say they operate at a very high level. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and detail-oriented throughout the entire transaction process. They treat clients with respect, maintain strong coordination with inspectors, lenders, and contractors, and keep deals moving forward efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency to anyone buying or selling real estate.

Agent Kristine Foltz was at first super nice so I was surprised to be accused of being a scammer, simply because I asked if Treasure Lake had tennis courts which isn’t immediately apparent on their home page or menu bar. Seriously - that’s all I asked. I’m then told to “google it” and was told I fall in the category of being a scammer. And this was only the third time I ever written to her, second one being a text confirming HOA fees have been paid for by the current owner of the land. This is incredibly unprofessional and I would recommend not working with this team if this is how they treat potential clients.

I am a tenant of a home that sold months ago, so the landlords switched in between. My complaint here is that we were straight out lied to by an agent on how things would work. We were told nothing would change: we would continue to rent at the current rate and everything would be fine and we would not be affected. Then things began to change right after the sale. The rent did go up to where we can't pay it and there seems to be problems and communications with the new owner. We feel cheated and lied to that the agent told us everything would be the exact same as it was. We put trust that everything would be the same. Now we are forced to find a new home at risk of becoming homeless for not affording the rent. A true shame. Perhaps it is different if you are buying a home straight out but
