I worked with Andy Johnson to buy a house as a rental. We ultimately lost the house in a bidding war. Regardless, he was prompt, and very helpful. The business’ front desk is always covered by someone knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer they’ll connect you with an agent who will either know the answer or find the answer. Their other agents are also hard workers and enjoy their profession, you can tell by their smiles and courtesy. You just can’t go wrong using their services.

John Barnett was the agent for the seller on the home we purchased. We asked if the washer & dryer came with the home, due to they were not listed but in the home at showing. Our agent asked John who replied the washer & dryer came with the home. We have this statement in a text. When we arrived for the walk the washer & dryer were not there. Our agent again asked John Barnett if the washer and dryer were to be left with the home. He again said yes but that is the last word we heard from him. John Barnett didn't say I made a mistake, John Barnett didn't say,I am sorry I will make it right. John just took his commission and move on. John Barnett was the selling agent on a recent purchase I completed. John Barnett was very unprofessional and deceitful. I can only recommend you do your research and choose and agent carefully. It may be a Coldwell Banker agent or not, but it is definitely not John Barnett if you are looking for someone with integrity.
