Coldwell Banker Classic Properties, Inc.

Three phrases that sum up this location. Unprofessional, lacking transparency, laziness. I believe other coldwell bankers handle themselves with integrity. Just not this branch.

I would avoid this reality office. I had a house to sell and left several phone messages to call me back, all of them ignored. When I stopped in to talk with a realtor, I was met with indifference. There are better real estate companies in Payette than Coldwell Banker, by far!

They don't even deserve a star. I called in to get some info to list a property that i am looking to flip. I told her the date that i am closing on the property, the agent said when you are the owner she will be able to assist.

Markita and Jeff were a huge help while Markita is still learning she was on top of her game! The insight they provided and took they time to actually listen to what my wife and I were looking for was a huge relief. They worked with our busy schedules and always stayed in touch. They truly made us feel like friends not just clients. I would recommend Markita or any of the Coldwell agents. I say the earned an A+ thanks again "The Contreras's"

Unfortunately, the experience I've had previously with this company isn't good at all. Slander, manipulation and spreading misguided information to impact others personally aren't solid qualities that have been reflected by your agent. I hope in the future that your company can do well and the negativity that's been portrayed can be corrected. Hopefully, in the future, we can all have better experiences. I don't recommend this company currently.
