Raymond Jordan is phenomenal! My fiance and I just closed on our first house. As first time home buyers, we were very nervous about going through the process. DO NOT. I repeat, do not rent any property or buy any property from this specific Coldwell. More specific WANDA. We rented a dirty property that had mold, and dirty and they refused to clean it. Also they refused to give us the security deposit. been insulting, & manipulative from the beginning. She claimed it would be a beautiful property as me and my family took on a big move from state to state and we walked into a horrible and dirty place. I repeat TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. And stay away from them if you know what’s best. Partner with a different Coldwell banker. Whether it’s buying or renting
