Coldwell Banker Bud Church

I had an unbelievably terrible experience with Coldwell Banker Bud Church Realty. From the start, their communication was atrociously poor—emails went unanswered for days and phone calls were never returned. When I finally managed to speak to an agent, they seemed completely disinterested in my needs and rushed through our conversations. The property listings provided were completely misaligned with what I had specified, and visits were disorganized and felt like a complete waste of time. Their lack of professionalism and attention to detail left me feeling extremely frustrated. I would strongly advise against using this company if you value your time and sanity. Absolutely the worst real estate experience I’ve ever had!

Please do not rent from here! I rented a Ocean City on the bay side for a three day rental. When we arrived the place was so dirty. I would be embarrassed to rent this place out to people. The mattress are so dirty we were really afraid we might be bringing back bed bugs. There were hair balls, dirt in the corners and bandaids. When I called I was told it was after hours and to call back in the next morning (we arrived after hours because we drove 3 hours to OC after work)! We didn't even want to say here a night! I went to the office the next morning and I spoke to Dawn, she NEVER not once said sorry, how can we fix this, what can we do to help you. I even showed her the pictures. She said they paid for the cleaning and that it wasn't really up to them. Anyway speaking to Dawn, she told
