I much preferred his honesty and ability to give his opinion when asked for it, so many others are so worried about what you think of them that they refuse to actually give their opinion (and these are professionals in the industry that you are relying on for help). Ron was a breath of fresh air. A no-nonsense guy that is actually trying to help you all while maintaining a relaxed relationship where he actually seems to care.
