My experience at this Caldwell Bankers in Franklin Square was very positive. The people in the office are very welcoming and pleasant. The office manager, Lori Quagliozzi, is very knowledgeable about what is available in her area and around. I feel confident that together we will find the location and property which I hope to acquire.

I have nothing but bad things to say about this company and Elisette Ocampo, in particular. My wife and I made an offer, which the owners agreed upon. We went as far as having the home fully inspected. We even gave Miss Ocampo the first shot at listing the home we were selling. Regretfully, my wife was stricken with an illness and was hospitalized. Century 21 CLAIMS to have attempted to reach us, which is a lie, since they had both mine and my wife's numbers. We were never informed another buyer came in with a better offer and didn't give us a chance to match it. I'll also add we were willing to pay CASH ON HAND for the house, as we are legit liquid millionaires. These people are untrustworthy . My advice is to never use them and ESPECIALLY Elisette Ocampo.
