The amenities are top-notch - from the state-of-the-art gym to the cozy community lounge. The staff especially (Ms. J Dow) is super awesome and responsive, always willing to lend a helping hand. The apartments are spacious, clean, and perfectly maintained. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable.

This review is specifically for Elizabeth Hayes or Hines( office Staff) Not sure how she pronounces the last name, but she is very unprofessional and rude she talks at you and not to you. if you having issues with administration as far as paying rent online she will tell you to Google things instead of just fixing the problem because that’s her job. I asked her for her manager‘s number she told me she didn’t have the number I asked her to fix my online account. She asked me to call them myself to fix it any and everything you asked her to do that is her job she will designated to the tenant to do. I applied sometime in June the lady at the front told me it would take between 10-21 days to process my information. I have called multiple times and haven’t received a call back. I have gotten through to time one time and was told someone would call me in 1-2 days to let me know if I’m ok or if they would need anymore information I still haven’t heard anything. The apartments were really nice but they don’t answer the phone

Applied in November 2024 a week or 2 after their application day, paid my application fee and had all appropriate information they needed. I called to check the status of my application and update my information due to my number changing . Staff was very rude and unprofessional! I still haven't heard if I got approved or denied. They claim that they are going through the application process by who applied first, but I have yet to hear anything.

While reading these bad experiences my experience was excellent I asked for the manager she came right out help me fill out my forms she sent off everything called me and let me know everything was okay and even with my packages after moving in she helped me she was very professional very kind and she got the job done
