Coit Village Apartments

I lived at this place for close to 3 years. Througout my stay, it was chaotic.When I first moved there, there wasn't a maintanance man, there were bleach stains on the carpet,so it was worn. The walls and floorboards are very weak, so very little privacy.The landlord was painting the apartment by herself. She is very petty and constantly in everyone's business.Nothing ever gets fixed. If it does get worked on, it's half done. The rent went up 3 times during my stay but I didn't see any improvements except the parking lot was painted. I could write a book about this place.

Its has Great Apartment Space. Central air and heat. It's close to the Heart of Florence. With the Downtown area being Newly renovated, it will have great places to eat at, places to relax, and the art Museum

The grounds was very clean,my daughter is waiting on a apt...

Lived there 3 years ago was a good place for me at the time

This place is run down.. Went to visit a friend and I was not please of the scenery
