We had a great experience working with Mike at Cogdill Builders of Florida on our custom home. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. Communication was excellent, timelines were met, and the entire process was smooth and professional. There were some critical factors which distinguishes Cogdill from other builders. For example, he does his own plans so we worked together on the plans for months until we ultimately came up with a plan perfect for us. He also spent as much time as necessary to complete the plans without any additional expense, I suspect that saved us a lot of money. We recently built our first home with Mike and what a great experience it was. He is available and knowledgeable. He has tips to keep your home simple to keep costs down, or make it as elaborate as you want. It truly was a custom experience. He was very forward with us and allowed us to meet with all of his contractors to explain what we wanted. He lets you be apart of the process as much as you want to be. We worked with Cogdill Builders to build a 1,250 square ft. pool cabana (custom accessory structure) on our Seminole Heights property and Mike Cogdill was a great partner and guide. Mike works with you where you are - if you want to save money he will help; if you want to build a palace, he will get it done. This was a difficult project from the start due to narrow access to the back of our lot and then we had covid issues to deal with. Mike and his team were all great to work with through a challenging process and we couldn't be happier with the end result.
