Living at CODA has been an absolute game-changer! If you’re looking for the perfect blend of luxury and that authentic Nashville creative energy, this is it. The location in Wedgewood-Houston (WeHo) is unbeatable. I love being able to walk to GEODIS Park for a match or hit up local favorites like Jackalope Brewing and Dozens South within minutes. It really feels like you’re in the heart of the city’s most vibrant neighborhood. The amenities are what truly set CODA apart. The rooftop saltwater pool has some of the best views of the Nashville skyline, and the 'music-inspired' cabanas are such a cool touch. As someone who works from home, having the shared workspaces and the professional podcasting studio is a massive plus—it’s clear they designed this place with creatives in mind. Inside t
As a creative, I care a lot about the energy of the space I live in, and CODA really delivers. The rooftop pool has become one of my favorite places to unwind, especially at sunset (I can't wait for warmer weather again). It feels like a true escape without ever leaving home. The gym is also thoughtfully equipped and open whenever I need it, which makes staying consistent easy. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how much I use the co-working lounges. It’s great to have a change of scenery without heading to a coffee shop, which was my old main work location. The podcast and music spaces are a unique touch and make the building feel supportive of people who actually create things. It’s clean, well-maintained, and just feels intentional. Overall, it’s a genuinely great place to live.
I’ve lived here since August. It’s OK. - My shower flooring is not level so the water puddles. I put in a work order in October and the issue is still not fixed. I’ve emailed and addressed it with the office agents, yet no one has fixed it or followed up even after multiple discussions with them. I asked about the status of it a couple weeks ago and they asked if I wanted to move units and that is the only solution they have given me thus far (almost 3 months later). - Smoke detector constantly goes off when I use the oven, toaster, or air fryer with the glass sliding door wide open. - Gym is small - no smith machine, no plate weights, no kettlebells, and only 2 treadmills? - “Dog Park” (quotation marks because you can’t even really call it that) is just grass in the back of the building.
Seeing that there are a lot of negative reviews that have been posted in the past four weeks I should not at all be surprised by what I’m fixing to write. I am wanting to get an apartment but I have several questions that I wanted to ask so I’ve contacted coda beginning on Sunday for a callback being that I have so many caveats that I wanted to talk to them about I thought it would be easier just to talk to somebody instead of texting back-and-forth or emailing. I started out by asking for a phone call back. I called several times on Monday eight times. I contacted their leasing office. I left two voicemails several text messages and never once did I hear anything back until 6 PM that evening it took them all day to get back with me the next day I get Text messages not phone calls starting
I recently moved into Coda Apartments, and even though it’s only been a few days, this has been my experience so far. I found Coda through an Instagram post and stopped by without an appointment. I was greeted by BJ, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even after finishing his appointment, he still took the time to show me around, which I truly appreciated. During the decision process, I called almost every day with tons of questions, and BJ was always patient, kind, and super helpful. In other apartments I toured, I often felt rushed or pressured the usual “you only have 48 hours” sales pitch or getting different answers depending on who answered the phone. At Coda, it was the complete opposite. JB even told me, “We will honor the special you were given when you came in,” and tha
