I love my community! I have been living here for about four and a half years, and I can honestly say I am very happy here. The property is always clean and well maintained. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it gets handled quickly and efficiently. The office staff is friendly, professional, and always provides great customer service. Overall, it has been a great place to live, and I truly appreciate how well everything is managed.

I’ve been living here for almost 7 years and let me say the front office personnel are extremely excellent and the complete staff. Thank you all for always helping me when needed. There are always going to be people that have something negative to say if your apartment is dirty inside is because you’re not cleaning it let’s be realistic maintenance is not too clean your apartment to do cosmetics and what is necessary is up to the tenant To take care behind the doors I’m a very clean individual fortunately, I never had any problem And never had a problem with the neighbor

Parking here is TERRIBLE and the “Classic” units are extremely outdated for the price. I didn’t expect such a drastic difference, especially at these rent rates. Old finishes, worn fixtures, and no microwave do not justify the cost. The only plus in the kitchen of the “Classic” model is the extra cabinet space, which I appreciate. They really need to update ALL of the apartments as people move in and out — especially for the price. I love the floor plan and layout, but that’s where it ends.

Over half my building is empty for a reason. This place is incredibly outdated. The staff just leeches off the current tenants in every way they can for a dollar as well. We just had a neighbor move out yesterday. People are here a year & leave. The corporation is vultures, straight up taking advantage of tenants while also having very little to offer. They cut corners on fixing things. I have peeling spray painted bathtub, from the floors to the ceilings. & I want people to be aware that they drastically increase the rent on you after your first year while the online going rate is hundreds of dollar cheaper, taking advantage once again of the tenant. That is why people move. The high vacancy speaks for itself. We are moving at the end of our lease.

We just moved into Coconut Palm Apartments, and I can't say enough good things about the property management team — especially Diania and Natasha. From day one, they’ve gone above and beyond to make our move smooth and stress-free. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient, walking us through every detail and making sure we had everything we needed. It's clear they truly care about the residents and take pride in their work. We already feel right at home, and that’s thanks to their hard work and dedication. Thank you both for making our transition so easy!
