Cobblestone Village Apartments

We have been living in Coblestone Village in Springfield, MO for a year now and are very satisfied. Nice place, lots of greenery, great service and friendly staff. We do not speak English and employees use an electronic translator when communicating with us. This caring attitude is very pleasant. There is a swimming pool, gym, hairdresser and much more, which makes our life comfortable. The residential complex is located next to a shop and a church and there is a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient if you do not have a car. We highly recommend it!

My 93 year old mother has lived in these apartments for since 2016. When she first moved in the maintenance was very good and they took decent care of the tenants. Over the last 3 years their care for the tenants has been very poor. They have had many issues with elevators breathing down in the cold weather and they are so old getting parts can take a long time so if the tenant is disabled or not able to climb steps and on the 3rd floor it becomes an issue quickly. Also after a water leak in her appointment it took over 2 years for them to fully fix the wall and paint it. Then about 6 months ago one of her blinds fell and broke which has still not been repaired. It might seem trivial about a blind broken but when the bright flood lights on the grounds are shining in your eyes trying to sle

I love living at Cobblestone Village. A 55+ community that is quiet, serene & very friendly. Just renewed my lease today for another year & this is my forever home (God Willing). I love my 1br apt that overlooks trees & I can even see the pool. It is so lovely & have made great friends & nabors. There are plenty of activities & great amenities as well. If you want to keep to yourself you can or if you wish to play cards, bingo & much more, you are always welcome. Management is fantastic & everyone is so friendly & helpful too. Everyone watches out for each other without being nosey or overwhelming. I recommend this complex with great respect.

I lived here 2 years. Emergency maintenence is great. Maintenence guys are wonderful. Cheryl in management is awesome and caring. The buildings are being renovated outside so will take a while. The pool is immaculate. Laundry room is well kept. Clean lawns. The kitchens need updating...blue older countertops. My carpet needs changed its older. All in all for the 600$ monthly its not bad. Im happy and content. If i need something i ask and they are pretty good to comply. Its a good place to live.

Renewed our Cobblestone Village lease for our 4th year today. Cobblestone has affordable, very comfortable 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for those 55+, with a nice selection of amenities to enhance living in a pleasant, quiet environment. We appreciate the helpful, competent management and staff. While there is, presently, exterior construction being completed, the end result will be a safer, more attractive environment. We hope to be here for years to come.
