Rendy at Cobblestone Title handled our closing. We had a great experience. Cobblestone did an excellent job communicating with us and our lender. They made the process very smooth.

Everything was smooth with the closing for Lake Burnett, but we are in 2024. Commission checks should never be mailed via regular USPS to the brokerage. They can easily get lost or take longer than usual. They should mailed via next day service. This is the first time any title company has send a commission check via regular mail. I don't know for other brokerages, but for my brokerage, this is completely unacceptable. Maybe it is my fault for assuming that Cobblestone Title Services provided super customer service in all aspects of the transaction all the way to the end.

So we have been doing business with Cobblestone Title for over 3 years now and its the only company we use for all of our closings. We always deal with Kathy Ortiz and she get the job done always very quick. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to answer all those tough questions. The things we love about Cobblestone Title is that Kathy is always available to talk to us, she always finds a quick solution to all the issues that from time to time arrive. We feel like we have a partnership with the treatment we get from her. They are very flexible with their time. There fees are very competitive too!
