Cobblestone Landing Apartments

Things still haven't changed much except for two new treadmills. Kids all over the place, inconsiderate neighbors with noise levels, people roaming around who don't work. I am not sure why we are asked "How Are We doing?" when people voicing their concerns and input doesn't change anything around here. Hopefully this will change into just a working class complex with respectable people soon. Maybe having people in the leasing office who truly care about what happens in the complex could really turn this place around. Get rid of the Section 8 residents!!! Do NOT move here if you value your peace, the way your place look or want to have respectful neighbors! You would think we were living on the East or Southside of Atlanta. Perfect example of you get what you pay for! Which is truly sad in

Karey is amazing! She is so compassionate, professional, motivational, friendly, and made the process so much less stressful than it could have been!

I have had 3 teams of people in my unit. The work was 5 star but The only person that respected my carpet by taking off his shoes or wore shoe covers was the Cobblestone Landing maintenance man. Please make sure all maintenance people have shoe covers. I had to reclean several spots in the carpet. Also plumbers made a terrible mess outside my door and didn't have the decency to clean up their mess.

Almost Perfect! My most recent online maintenance request got caught in the weather advisory. After a reasonable amount of time without repair, I phone the front office. I was promised an update and a same day repair. I received both in a timely fashion.

I do not recommend this apartment complex. It is very ran down and old. It’s always trash blocking the dumpster and has rats. The gate never work. Maintenance does not want to do maintenance. I was told I cannot have new kitchen light bulbs because it wasn’t blown out enough for his liking to replace even though it does not come on immediately it’s like the light has to warm up to work. Now the lights are completely out and maintenance won’t come. The lawn people blow garbage all over the patios and don’t clean up after themselves. The carpets are filthy. The apartments smell like mothballs. I would avoid this complex completely. Definitely not worth the money. However, the leasing office ladies are very nice.
