Dealt with this lady Amanda for 3 months sending in paperwork doing everything she asked of me I must have sent in over 15 paystubs! finally got done with the paperwork she calls me too the office we meet for the first time she acts normal but everybody there was not respectful she asks for bank statements i give her those she tell me everything looks good I leave she send a message before I could even get home saying I don't qualify because I make over 40 grand according to HER calculations i Tried to explain to this women i make no where near that even sent her my most recent tax papers proving I make no where near 44,000 she ignored me i can't help but think its discrimination I am getting a lawyer

If I could give Amanda and this place less than one star for how they do business I would. Amanda, property manager here, showed my daughter an apartment July 1 and told her she was the only one on the list for it at that point. As I was co-signer, we filled out an application that same day. Other forms began coming to us one by one rather than all at once. After ONE FULL MONTH and a combined 7-8 phone calls and unanswered emails to Amanda, during which she told us everything was fine, there was nothing else she needed, she just had more work to do on her end blah blah blah, on August 1 she tells us two other people have turned in everything she needs so we should probably start looking for another place. I asked for her supervisors number but got no response. She quit taking our calls. A

Since the very first time I arrived here to now, all I’ve ever have are great experiences with this place. I love Ms. Amanda. I was going through a tough time. But it all worked out. I am very fortunate to call this place home, for now. It is a very quiet place, I have great neighbors, and they maintain it very clean, my kids love it. Thank you!

Fairly close to the University of Montevallo. Built in the late 70s so room sizes are an adequate size and there are lights in the ceiling! Bathrooms are okay. Kitchen had plenty of counter space and counters. It has been updated. There's room for a full size washer and dryer in the apartment. Property is clean and the neighbors were nice each time I visited. Management was extremely nice and personable. I enjoyed her interacting with other tenants, like they were family. Occupacy is high with only a couple apartments available at a time. The apartments are income restricted, which means you can't make over a certain amount annually to live there. Though I ultimately chose another place to live closer into Birmingham, Cobblestone Cove would be a nice place to live if given a chance.

If you're trying to get into a place quickly, or have less than perfect credit please don't bother with this place. We paid for the application and they never contacted us, or checked our references. While we've been waiting on a call every day, they waited over a week to send us something in mail rejecting us.
