Cobblestone Apartments

Just moved in this week. Wanted to say how very helpful their maintenance worker Chris has been for me. Coming to a new place is hard already then to find kind people from the start is great. He went way above and beyond for me, even brought me a microwave. He's the type that puts extra effort into his job.I know I can already rely on him if I'm in any need.

I recently rented an apartment here, and I absolutely LOVE it here. The staff has been so helpful and always kind to me. Alondra has been incredible. She and the rest of her staff even had a handicap parking space created for me yesterday. I am totally HOME! I highly recommend Cobblestone to anyone.. My name is Jill, but somehow, my son's name posted instead of my own.

The roaches are insane. I haven’t had any bad experiences with the office people except that it tends to be closed earlier than posted. My issue is the apartment itself. 1. The amount of roaches dug into the cabinets and walls of the apartment is just utterly disgusting. The steps leading up to second floor apartment always feel like an injury waiting to happen and the apartment smells like cigarettes which is vile. This really wouldn’t be someone I would call home. This place really only serves to be used if you’re in a bad situation or can’t afford a higher rent.

The manager Alondra and her team are very professional, friendly and have always been on top of any issues I’ve ever had. The community is also very welcoming! Couldn’t say better things about Cobblestone apartments!

Don't come here or even try. I visit my boyfriend and he put the sticker to park my car so that it is in the residents' parking lot and I barely went and they have vandalized my new car and what do they think if you go to the office they only tell you that they can't do anything and there are no security cameras either, ha and the apartment is also full of mice.
