Cobblestone Apartments

Cande was great. I had several issues when I first moved in but Cande and Damien solved all of them quickly and politely. Moving issues are normal but a good staff is not. I’m excited for my new apartment and grateful for the people that are helping make it a home.

My concern are the mailboxes. They have been broken into I reported it to management and reported to the US postal Service. Who is responsible for repairing the mailboxes as I and other tenants are not receiving mail and having to inconvenience ourselves to go to the Post Office for important mail and important documents. Can someone please advise who is responsible for repairing the mailboxes so we can receive our email in our personal boxes. Thank you

Excellent communication from Cande on helping me get the air vents cleaned out in my apartment. Even with the power off in the office and issues of signing into the main apartment system, they were still able to help me as soon as possible and get all problems situated. Great work and communication on their part extremely thankful!

I was a resident of this complex and recently moved out. We lived at this property for 3 years. Within the last year and the half had been a total mess since they changed management. I had no problem until they came along and since they took over, I had been up for eviction numerous times and the outrageous fees they charge for late fees and other stupid fees. I had to give them a piece of my mind on several occasions. The towing company they use, I think is related to the manger Maria. Everyday it’s a different rule without any notice. I would not recommend them to no one until they get better management. Also I had to call corporate a few times for them too just to get my point across. I am glad I no longer live there.

I have been here almost a year and it has progressively gotten worse. Been trying to get my dryer fixed for almost 2 weeks and still nothing. I have an entire drawer missing that maintenance took months ago to fix and never returned. All of my other drawers are broken the same but I'm afraid if I ask for them to fix them they won't be returned either. Roaches and spiders and water bugs everywhere. Neighbors parking in my spot that I pay for every month. Neighbors smoking marijuana to the point that my apartment smells like Jamaica. Office does not appear to be concerned with anything but sending useless emails. I do not recommend living here especially with kids. I am looking to move asap. Save your time and money move elsewhere
