I finally don’t have to worry about something going haywire at my shore house and me not finding it until too late! Not only does Sam and Coastal Shore Property Services check on the house weekly, upkeep is worlds easier. Now there’s someone to meet with pest control, power wash, shrink wrap for winter - anything we can think have Sam has a great solution for. I’m so happy and so is my shore house.
