This management company has been responsible for managing my condo on Harbor Island for many years and does not seem able to manage repairs. Even after thousands of dollars every year from all the owners, we still have enormous special assessments for huge costly repairs constantly because the upkeep was not done with the quarterly fees. Now, I have put in a request for a new door because the door is rusting away from the doorknob and was told a work order was put in at the end of May, but have had no update on whether they will be putting one in. I have reached out by email, requesting an update four times with no response whatsoever.
