Coastal Property Management has been absolutely wonderful. Donna K is truly the best — she is always engaging with the community and genuinely cares. Every time I’ve reached out, she has responded immediately or within a very prompt amount of time, which is so appreciated. I truly love my community and everything it represents, and that is a big thanks to both my property management company and our HOA group. They do an incredible job maintaining the neighborhood. Extremely poor service at Avalon Crossing ! Coastal Property Management has been incredibly disappointing. They do not answer phone calls and consistently fail to return voicemails, no matter how many times you reach out. The landscaping in our Avalon Crossing community is being neglected, and nothing seems to get addressed despite repeated requests. They are quick to promise action but never follow through yet they have no problem charging late fees the moment your HOA payment is slightly delayed. It’s frustrating that we’re expected to pay on time while the company does little to maintain the community or communicate with residents. We deserve better management, follow-through, and basic respect for our concerns.

CPM has managed our large property for a few years, and it has been very positive, in every way. They are professional & attentive, with great communication. They always reply to emails quickly, often after "business hours". Donna, our property manager, is pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt in getting things done.

I have been dealing with Richard Krett and Coastal Property for 5 years now as a board member at our complex and homeowner at another. Rich and his team are amongst the best there is for management and are always responsive, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Well done on running a tight ship Rich even with the ups and downs of property management.
