The tech came out, hit a breaker switch and charged me over $300. I don’t recommend this guy at all.

My name is Chris Vedeloff. I signed up with Coastal Property Management after a very bad experience with a previous property manager. I was very hesitant to trust Mike Cullen with almost anything. After some issues arose in which I was helpless to handle from a distance, Mike went above and beyond to handle them, while making sure to look out for my best interests in the process. He and Lisa have shown that it doesn't require a huge company to handle things. What it requires is an honest team that cares about their clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their property managed on the Eastern Shore. There fees are way more reasonable then other property managers and their polices and procedures are much better. I plan to utilize them as long as I still own my ren
