The people at the front office were very nice and answered all of my questions. However, I went to see the apartment and it was architecturally nice but there were roach droppings and dead roaches on the floors and inside/on some of the appliances. I saw a second unit and when I unlocked the door, there were a LOT of babies and grown little brown roaches that fell all over my feet and on my leg (luckily I didn’t wear shorts…) because they were inside of the door frame. Like a LOT. Like at least 30. I didn’t go in and see the second apartment after that so I can’t say about that one but as soon as I saw they were living in the wall I just left. They are very nice people, very friendly and gave great customer service/information though. I would probably be sold on the apartment if it weren’

Roaches. Mold. AC/heat not worked for months. Drugs. Raids. Parties. Poor new management. Some guy that does work here makes nasty comments towards women. Sign says new management because someone new in the office. Same company. Don’t care about the residents. This blonde haired white lady that is here sometimes is rude to us when she here. Run!

I've been here awhile now. There has been 3 different sets of owners through here in the last 3yrs. These owners that have it now is good people along with maintenance but I see they can't keep up as hard as they must be trying. They still need more help because the property is not getting cleaned up and the laundry mat is unbearable. I've never seen it clean and there's no air in there. There is a problem with some dog owners that just won't clean up their dogs poop. There is a pool but no it's not in working order yet. Told us it would be memorial day but when that day came still no pool opening. Then they said July than they said two weeks into August. Still no pool open. Just check things out before you rent here because it's not what they show on the internet. It's nothing like the ph

I’ve only been here since November 2024 and I was told that my apartment was renovated. Upon moving in I saw that my wall was partially painted and it was half clean. There were dead roaches everywhere and window seals were very dirty. I had to clean that myself. Well upon being here they got rid of the old staff that was here and new owners took over. I can honestly say that since the new owners have take over they have really been working very hard to clean the place up. A lot have changes have been made starting with fulfilling all of the maintenance orders that were backed up. Mrs Kathy is the manager here and she’s the sweetest and very reasonable and also is very understanding. I see maintenance walking around every single morning picking up any unnecessary trash which they shouldn’t

I stayed in my apartment at least 6 months first they told me it was going to be ready for me to move in they didn't even clean it out who ever stayed there before left some stuff in there so I had to wait until they moved there stuff out that night we moved in the plug in the bedroom was popping after they came that night to fix it but then it happened we turned on the dishwasher it was so many roaches came from up it my apartment was roach infected because they were everywhere they claim that when you pay rent you paying for the them to come and spray your house I didn't see nobody by the time we moved out it was so bad until I had to throw away my dressers my couches it had roaches in them just that bad I'm not use to living like that when I tell you it was a nightmare staying there
