Coastal Pointe Apartments

Management/owners sucks... always harassing people especially elderly people about their pets but has her living in an apartment that's full of mold & rats & instead of giving her a new apt because she pays rent on time & has been here for 7 years, longer then he has, he tells her it's best that she moves out because that's the best choice for her smfh. Place is full of Rats but he has a problem with everything else 🤦🏽‍♀️. So I agree with one of the girls that posted. I suggest you take your money somewhere else because these apartments ain't it & neither is maintenance all they do is smoke weed all day when they work on these empty apartments

I Really enjoy living here. I have great neighbors, I love walking on the cat walk most mornings. i can see the new harbor bridge from my window. i love that Heb, Starbucks and Mexican restaurants are around the corner. I also attend Cross bridge fellowship which is literally next door. Maintenance men are friendly and always on time when needed. I love the easy to use portal i can use to pay my rent.

This place has took a turn for the better of coastal point apartments community. The staff and management are amazing . Getting a work order in is Easier than ever go on line and summit it no longer than two days or that same day as a matter a fact and waiting on our new laundry mat thanks to Amanda the reginal maneger. Pest control on the monthly. Come be a part of our community and see the changes and the amazing staff I've been living here five years and I'm happy with the way they work for me.

Leaving an honest review is where it starts, I lived here for over a year because it’s what worked when your a single mother at the time with 2 children. Affordable you could say. But I would start by saying take your money elsewhere. Maintenance come in and fix certain issues, also use your own high tall table chairs as a ladder when doing a work order. Even though they know you had cameras in your apartment. but your central Ac unit in the apartment don’t count on it, the most that actually working was my heater in the home. I had to put in still 2 ac units to still cool my home. My home was broken into and was connected to neighbors that lived in the same apartment complex and nothing was done. They still resided in the same apartment even after moving out in one day from that break in

Renewed my lease today! Have lived here a year and happy overall with management, very friendly and helpful and quick to answer all my questions and respond to any maintenance calls. Thank you to the leasing agent Valerie and the Manager Amanda for answering all of my questions regarding my lease renewal.
