Megan is a great listener and took the time to understand what we were looking for in our new home purchase. She asked questions to help us realize which features were essential to us vs. nice to have. She took us to several properties within our price range to help us assess the pros and cons of each property. Her knowledge of the market as well as the available inventory was impressive. She also helped us sell our condo quickly. One feature that was especially important to me was having visibility to beautiful sunsets from our home. These pics were taken from the canal coming in from a sunset cruise and from our dock. It doesn’t get much better. Thanks Megan!
