Building our new home allowed us the pleasure of working with Laura Bryn of Coastal Land and Home. Laura was a true professional! Laura Brynn was phenomenal to work with. Knowledgeable is putting it lightly. She knew every floor plan, ways to revise them, and costs associated with those changes. She was always quick to respond and stayed on top of sub-contractors during the building process. Walk through, after walk through, she ensured we got the best craftsmanship in our new home. Her assistance didn't stop at the signing table, she stayed in touch after to facilitate any follow ups needed. I cannot recommend her enough!

Our just moved to Aynor mid August 2025. We contacted Laura in early June. Laura worked with us for 2 1/2 months diligently. Any questions she was always there.
