Dont use use this realty company. I formerly had them rent my Wildwood Crest condo and had bad experiences. I wrote their rental manager, Joy, an email since she didn't respond to my phone call. Still unresponsive! Here's a snippet of my last email of an incident I paid extra cleaning fee since it wasn't done right the first time around. "They said McDonalds bag and diaper found on the floor or behind futon.  I found out about this from another owner since the tenant requested my contact info.   You told me you were aware and having the cleaner go back on next day, Tuesday.   Am I being charged for another cleaning?  Whether or not it's for the initial or 2nd cleaning fee, why am I being charged since it wasn't done properly in the first place.   The rental price was already set ver

Do not rent from this company. Joy the upper management was so unprofessional. The property at 121 W Schellenger Ave, NJ was nasty and had fruit / drain flies everywhere, landing on everything from toothbrushes, to food to our mouths! We had to buy some traps but it’s made this experience much less desirable and it’s disappointing because we loved the space overall. When we opened a cabinet a cloud of bugs come out. I spent $50 on bug traps, tons of vinegar and baking soda to clean the backed up drain smell. Security issue- Pink bedroom sliding door seam center ripping and sticking and the door was stuck open 1 inch and would not close. It was never resolved when reported. Same bedroom we were normal open and shutting the drawer of the dresser and the tv was too close to the edge of the dr

We rented a condo from them 7.13-7.20. 1st, the condo was dirty!!! The floors were absolutely disgusting! My grandchildren’s feet were black with grime within the first hour of being there! There were spider webs everywhere and dirty socks in one of the dresser drawers! I sent a picture to them of my grandkids feet and no on ever addressed it!! 2nd, AS OF TODAY, ONE MONTH AFTER WE LEFT, WE STILL HAVE NOT GOT OUR $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!!!! When your clients pay so much money for a home they rent from you at the very least it should be CLEAN!!! You should either not charge for cleaning or refund everyone!!! Never again!!!

DO NOT USE Coastal Elite Rentals! They are CROOKS! My family and I used them for a vacation rental from 7.20-7.27 and arrived to a dirty condo! We also didn't have a functional washer until halfway into our trip! Then they charged us $500 for emptying the refrigerator of food left behind. Note: this is ON TOP of the $200 we already paid in cleaning fees! Please save yourself from being ROBBED by these crooks. Use Don Martin rentals, they are amazing!! Stay away from Coastal Elite!

DO NOT BOOK! The house we rented for the week was disgusting when we arrived. We left the house much cleaner than how we found it and they still took our entire security deposit. The employees are RUDE and unhelpful. Again, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Don Martin Rentals is a MUCH better option.
