Coastal Community Association Management

Not even worthy of a rating! - it's certainly below the low average they have already have on Yelp from our experience, as members of Palm Cove HOA, Palm City.

We had this management company for more years than we needed. First, there’s nothing electronic in their company so paperwork gets lost and the organization is absolutely horrible. Our community went from pretty nice to really bad over this time. The management believe that they owned our property instead of helping manage the property, our meet felt like we were in a communist country. Nobody was allowed to speak and the company pitted Neighbor against Neighbor. We are very pleased. They are no longer our management company.

First I will say everyone I've talked has been nice and professional. But that's about all they've done. Been trying to get my sprinklers fixed (they spray over the grass onto my cars, all over the walkway making it slippery, run for 8hrs at a time, run about once or twice every 2 or 3 months) for OVER a year now. Always met with different responses when I say something about it. There's a GIANT wasp nest where my house meets my neighbors. It's been there going on a month (since I've noticed it). Made several emails, work orders, phone calls. Hasn't been dealt with yet. 5 minute job, continuously put off. Health hazard. Can't plant small trees or big bushes without approval, because they need to make sure there's proper maintenance, but everything is dead in my yard due to no water. Ha

One of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever had to work with. They are rude, don’t return calls or emails. Will not respond to import emails about safety concerns in the community. I could keep going. Stay away from this managment company!

Worst Association Management company I've ever had to work with. Non-responsive, rude and incompetent. The person assigned to Danforth's Association needs to be replaced or Danforth board of directors needs to find another association management company.
