Best property management company on Carolina Beach! They’ve walked us through step by step of owning a rental! They’re kind, respectful, incredibly helpful and friendly. We are so glad that we found them!
Their home "One of these Nights" has appliances which don't function and a water heater which is worthless. When the house is at capacity, parking is difficult and requires moving cars so some can get out of the driveway. We have been renting for years and have been very disappointed this year.
Jenna Bush was the BEST realtor ever!! She made everything such a smooth process for us and was just super pleasant and overall amazing to deal with. A TRUE professional! 10/10 would recommend and work with again!!!
I am renting a property and Coastal Carolina is responsible for the management of it. Garrett and Doreen have been outstanding as the property managers. They have always been available (no matter the day &/or time) and are responsive to my questions/requests - usually addressed & resolved immediately. They are both knowledgeable of the area generally and HOA specifically. I highly recommend Coastal Carolina as a property owner or renter! Thank you Garrett & Doreen for a fantastic experience!!
