CCHW is my savior. Steve has been my eyes and ears watching over my retirement home while I am busy dealing with life in another state. He seamlessly arranges services and repairs and oversees all aspects. I wish I had discovered him sooner! I highly recommend as long as he still has time for me!

CCHW are amazing people, Steven has saved us several times! If we didn’t have him checking our condo and immediately reporting to us that our HVAC was not working, we would never have known and would have run into other issues. If you think it’s not that important to have someone checking your place, it truly is a godsend and we never worry. They are worth every penny. Vickie answers emails immediately and the ball is never dropped. We highly recommend!

Steve not only checked the house but found SEVERAL issues that could have caused major issues. Leaking sink, HVAC not keeping temperature, just to name a few. Their reports were thorough, with photos & explanations. It’s like having a second set of very knowledgeable eyes looking after your home. We now live in the house full time & will continue to use Coastal Carolina Home Watch when we travel.
