I am prompted to leave this review because of the excellent customer service provided by Mary Hicks, who works in the property management office of my community, Westminster Golf and Raquet Club, in Lehigh Acres, Florida. Mary is always willing to help in any way she can. I have her name and number in my contacts to reach out to whenever I need clarity on HOA issues. If she can’t provide an answer, she tells me where I can find it. Mary is professional, personable and well-organized. I leave five stars for whoever hired Mary, too!
