This was an awesome beachfront house in a great location. The house was clean and very accommodating for our family. We filled 7 of the 8 bedrooms without one complaint. Both upper levels had a nice deck overlooking the pool and beach. We had fun on the volley ball court and used the driveway for a family corn hole tournament. Having 2 kitchens came in handy. Our group filled them both! The private walkway to the beach was a nice feature. In the past I just got an ocean front motel room. Having this house allowed me to extend an invitation to bring my family close together….from OH, PA, and TX. It’s my 4th trip to OBX, but the first time getting a house and inviting family. I would definitely do this again.

Greatest realty company on the beach hands down. Two of the best to do it on the beach with more experience than any. If you are looking to sell, buy or just book an amazing vacation this is the place. They will make you feel like family every time.

Outstanding property - large, clean, well equipped (though it could use a coffee maker in addition to the Keurig...). Ocean views from the deck are wonderful. Steps to the beach. Definitely recommend. Thanks to Coast Realty - communications and assistance throughout the rental process were much appreciated. Will use them again for our next vacation in the Outer Banks.

A well kept home, a cozy feel, modern upgrades, a well stocked kitchen, a great location and CLEAN. The realty company is top notch: responsive, informative, supportive. Had a couple hiccups (via third party responsibilities) but they were taken care of immediately by the rental company. Just a wonderful third stay in this house!

I have owned and rented my home in Duck for 14 years. I was with two previous property management companies before being referred to Coast Realty two years ago. To say I have been happy with their service is an understatement. The entire team at Coast is wonderful. They look out for our home all while giving excellent service to the renters. Any time an issue has come up regarding our house it has always been resolved to our satisfaction in a timely manner, which has not always been the case with our previous rental companies.
