Lourdes did an outstanding job with our mortgage. She worked very hard to get us into a home and helped us overcome several financial obstacles. We worked with her for several months and she was always easy to reach and responded to our questions immediately. She walked us through the mortgage process and it went very smoothly without any problems. I would highly recommend her - very professional and wonderful to work with.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. This was the most stressful home buying experience ever. (my 4th). I have a phenomenal realtor and I really an not a high strung person, however, when my loan officer can't tell me 3 days before closing what my closing costs are and how much I have to bring to the table... there is a problem. Closing costs fluctuated through the last 4 weeks from $4500, $6500, $7100, $8500 back to $6100 and I get a refund of $200 on closing day. Not only that, before I even started to do business with them, I asked, are you a direct lender? I do not want a mortgage broker, I loved Alpha Mortgage, however, my loan got sold 3 times in 3 years and I HATED CENLAR and didn't want my loan to end up back with them. Check, recheck and triple check your financial documents even at closing... I submitted all documentation to be exempt from the VA Funding fee. I didn't see it on any of our closing documents... I just got a letter from the VA that I am owed a refund for the VA Funding fee. We closed 18 months ago... As much as people complain about the VA at least they caught it and are refunding the $.

Worst homebuying experience ever...do not get Lourdes Best to help you. No good communication at all.
