I've rented from Sandy at Cornforth and Moore for over 6 years and am more than happy. The property is always maintained and if I have any needs, they are on it immediately. I have zero complaints!!

Whoever says these rental companies don't benefit on application fees is full of it. My experience with these people is a prime example. We paid 70$ in application fees, they ran my husbands credit and nothing showed up. Not even 24 hrs after we applied, we were rejected for the house we applied for. Because he had no credit established. No mentions of a cosigner, or other proof to consider us. We had no chance based on credit. Which is unfair for the younger generations who don't have credit established yet. I offered proof of consistent rent payments for the past 3 years, not good enough. Offered to get a cosigner, and were told they'd review our applications again. Which they never did. So I went online and checked for inquiries for the credit check, they never checked MY credit. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Dishonest. Exploitative. I had been billed over $3000 for lock changes, cleaning up etc without my permission....after I spent over $5000 on repairs to make the home ready for tenants. Later, I found that none of the locks had been changed, none had been relayed. No cleaning up the yard had been carried out.
