Clubhouse at Mill Creek Springs

The landscaping is a mess and the houses are built with low-quality materials — the flooring is starting to lift. My backyard lawn is in terrible condition, and the front yard is just as bad. Honestly, everything else is fine, but the landscaping service is a disaster. You pay a monthly fee for it, yet nothing looks properly trimmed or well-maintained. I’ve already submitted multiple complaints, sent several emails, and haven’t received any response. On top of that, there’s also a pest control issue — several neighbors have seen mice roaming around the common areas.
