DO NOT RENT HERE, THEY ARE THIEVES. 2 months ago I reserved an apartment that they never showed me because they couldn't. I reserved it one day when I came with Jennifer, but that same Friday I read the reviews on the website, thanks to my son who alerted us to all the bad reviews this place had. On Monday I called her to cancel the apartment, but they told me that she didn't work on Monday. I called her on Tuesday and it was agreed that they would return my deposit of 100 dollars. Today I went after more than 2 months because they hadn't returned my deposit and they tell me that they never sent me my 100 dollars because I didn't cancel in 3 days. According to them, the 3 days include Sunday when she doesn't work and Monday when she didn't work. In short, they are thieves and scammers. NOT

Came to look at apartments and they could not even show the model unit. Exterior is a mix of paint jobs with some rotting wood visible. Deposit ranges from $800 to $1000. Water, trash, sewer, are not included and cost from $60 to $126 depending on unit. Parking is also an extra charge $30 to $50.

We went by this place today to see an apartment. I was surprised that they would not show us a model. They said they don't do that. They said they could show us pictures, and if we liked them, we could rent. I thought this was weird until I checked the reviews and saw someone else mention this.

DO NOT, DO NOT MOVE HERE! The staff is very rude whenever you try to get help with anything. There’s hard to find a parking spot and if you don’t, your car will get towed. The front gate doesn’t close and the back gate doesn’t open. There’s always people shooting guns in the building, it’s just very unsafe. Maintenance never does their job right, they will come to your house and start working on something just to leave and never come back leaving the job unfinished. The gym hasn’t been open for over a year, the back pool is never open because they won’t clean it, and the rent is definitely not worth what you’re getting. These apartments are just very unprofessional, unsafe, and if I could rate it 0/5 I would. I highly do not recommend.
