Club at Charter Pointe

I recently assisted my girlfriend with moving out of this complex, and I must say, I’m genuinely astonished that no one seems to be holding management accountable for the deplorable living conditions residents are subjected to. Upon entering the unit, I was greeted by a full-blown roach infestation—so severe that we were forced to fumigate the apartment ourselves and discard nearly 75% of her belongings. It was, quite frankly, appalling. To make matters worse, the property manager casually admitted to altering her lease without her knowledge or consent when her original term ended. No notification, no discussion, no signature—just a unilateral decision that somehow passed as acceptable. Wasn't sure how to Thank the maintenance team for fixing all my problems yesterday, so here it is. Through the Charter website, I placed two maintenance orders. 1) all 3 outlets in my kitchen were out, and it wasn't the breaker. 2) my thermostat was giving false readings and would not cut off, and I needed a new air filter also. I came home, and there was a Brand New thermostat on the wall, Brand new air filter, and they replaced one outlet in my kitchen, and it fixed all 3!!! They did all that while I was at work, and no mess was left!! Very professional, quick, and painless. Thank you SO much again, I am glad I live HERE!!!

I lived here for 7 years and enjoyed every bit of it. It's extremely clean the maintenance to office workers are amazing. The events from hotdogs to ice-cream we had yesterday was great. Whomever decides to come live here will not regret it.

This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Cockroaches everywhere. And when I say everywhere I mean crawling out of vents. Running everywhere. Seeing 5-10 everyday. Black mold all over the bathrooms. Our upstairs neighbor had there bathroom paint peel off and under the paint was more layers of mold. The mold was so bad there was a mushroom growing out of the air vent in our bathroom. Management had no idea what they were doing, the pool was closed for the first few months we lived there and we were never given a reason why. The management blocked our head of household email so we couldn’t email with complaints or questions while living there. The maintenance men never knew what they were doing.
