Cloverdale Plaza Apartments

I recently visited Cloverdale Plaza Apartments. I must say I was extremely blown away by how clean & well kept it is. I witnessed maintenance actively breaking down a stove for parts. I even saw the office staff placing green stickers on vehicles. I stopped them and asked a few questions about the area and the apartments. Both ladies were extremely nice and answered all my questions. I asked if I could take some pics so I could leave a review. To whom every is looking for a quiet & clean place to live this is the place to be. My grandmother said she loves the staff & her neighbors. Thank you all for taking great care of her!

As a single woman, feeling safe and secure is a top priority for me. Cloverdale exceeded my expectations in this area. I've never had any safety concerns, and that peace of mind is priceless. Wannel ensures that the property is safe and well-managed. The apartment is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Ms. Wannel is very professional and kind. She is the best property manager that Cloverdale has had. Maintenance responds to work orders promptly and gets the work done. Great place to love. It's nice living in an apartment complex where management actually cares about their tenants.

I have lived here nearly 20 years, these are the best Managers since Misty Jordan. Wannel and Ms. Eva are so attentive and informative concerning all Resident questions and concerns. Conditions are constantly improving daily. Thanks to corporate for hiring such wonderful professional workers for our community.

Boy where do I start! Cloverdale Plaza has really improved. It shocks me how much the property has changed. It has became so much cleaner, safer, and better managed than ever. But boy Wannel does a damn good job she’s professional, responsive, and truly cares about the community. It’s clear she’s made safety and upkeep a priority. 10/10 would definitely recommend

Average inner-city government subsidized apartments, like everywhere else in SBC you better lock your doors when you exit your vehicle.
