Cloverdale Park Apartments

Been living here about 3 years. I love the layout, my bedroom and bathroom are tucked away from the living area and I have a nice cross breeze when windows are open. I like controlling my own heat and having hard wood floors. The property is nicely maintained, not noisy, no dogs allowed. The super fixes things next day or even same day! Only thing I would like is a deeply cleaned and updated laundry facility.

Apartment was pretty nice, staff is friendly, grounds are well-maintained. Living here was a pleasant experience overall, would recommend.

I am lucky enough that I found this complex. When I went and talk to the manager she was so nice and bubbly. She explained everything and made it easy for me to understand. When I left I told my boyfriend this is the place we need to be and we are blessed that we get to live here starting March

Me and my wife transfer from another Legow apartment complex and the leasing agent Terina Myrie was awesome, she understood our need of moving out within 4 days of notice and in a very dynamic way she communicated with everyone to make it happen, plus she gave us a great deal in our new appartment! Always ask for her 💯💯💯

It's scary to come out after 6.30, Raccoons and coyotes at night I lived in 444 E1....and there is cemetery infront of these apartments...Winter times the tenants feel like hell here and time god I am out from this place and rent is very expensive..hope my review will be helpful...zero stars will be great for this apartments
