Great job Cloverbasin Staff. Since Jeremy has taken over maintenance it's amazing how much things have improved. I really appreciate you all very much! Jacob and Chris are always so pleasant... every day. I've lived here for almost 18 years (wow) and can't believe the difference you've made in the property. You all are the best!

Save yourself and don't live here. Cops are here all the time! There was a standoff outside our door, our neighbors were condemned for manufacturing meth. I've called the cos because an 8 year of was saying they had cocane in their hands. Work orders take at least a week. Kids run around u supervised, even the really little ones. We're fortunate the bloods moved out. customer support is terrible and nobody is on the same page. Last I checked the Google reviews out it was a 2.1 so idk what happened. DO NOTMOVE here

Will screw you over for every last penny you have when it comes to moving out. do not ever rent here.
