Clover Crossings Apartments

Lived there for a long time, was great like 12 years ago, management changed, maintenance changed, price went up service went down. Had good memories when I first moved in, entertaining amount of people coming and going, from a drunk lady that walked into my apartment and would daily almost drive into the building to some drug dealers constantly fighting. 2 stars for entertainment thats all you really get here.

I rented here at Clover for 3 years. I have zero complaints about the staff , they were always friendly and maintenance was always there the same day whenever I put in a maintenance request. . Only moved due to wanting more space and not wanting to deal with upstairs neighbors. Love that it's a super quiet complex right next to the park!

Moving to Clover Crossings was one of the best decisions I have made, especially financially. It is a beautiful apartment with tons of natural light, plus a balcony, and the cost is great compared to many surrounding apartment complexes. The staff is quick to answer whenever I have a question and maintenance is on top of any problem that may arise. Their handling of COVID-19 this past year was wonderful, everything was cleaned and they took great care in making sure their tenants felt safe. 10/10 have already recommended to friends and will continue to do so!

My stay at Clover Crossings was very satisfying. The location was perfect, the complex was clean inside and out, and management was tremendous. Whenever something was needed, whether from management or maintenance, it was done timely and professionally. The property manager coordinator backyard games outside during the summer to get the community together. I have rented many apartments throughout the years and none of them have gone to the lengths Clover did to make it feel truly feel like home.

Clover Crossings is in such a beautiful location. The apartments are so beautifully set up. It’s the perfect place to live when you’re just starting out! Allisyn the apartment manager is always on top of her game. She’s always there even on her days off to answer requests and deal with anything thrown her way. She really makes you feel as if you matter as tenant! I totally recommend this apartment complex! Especially if you want awesome management and beautiful apartments!
