I truly enjoy living at Clove. When I was looking for an apartment, the outstanding reviews caught my attention, and after three months here, I can say they are absolutely accurate. This community has exceeded my expectations in every way. The building is exceptionally clean, and the hallways always smell fresh. My unit is quiet with excellent soundproofing—I never hear noise from neighbors. All appliances, fixtures, and temperature controls work flawlessly and are well-maintained. Maintenance services deserve special recognition. Every request I submitted was handled promptly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. I’ve lived at Clove for about seven months now, and there are several things I genuinely enjoy about the community. The maintenance team is wonderful—always kind, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues. The residents here are very neighborly, which helps the building feel welcoming. The amenities are also fantastic; I’ve made great use of the sauna, gym, and pool.. However, there are a few things I’ve struggled with during my time here. I live in a studio apartment, and while I expected it to be small, it is much smaller than other studios my friends and coworkers rent in Omaha—despite being significantly more expensive once all of the additional monthly charges are added in. The Clove is a great apartment complex. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly, and the whole property is extremely clean. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The lobby is beautifully designed and always feels welcoming, and the seasonal decorations make the building feel warm and homey. I also love that there is a secure package room and controlled access throughout the community. It genuinely feels like a safe place to live. Some of my favorite things about living here are the heated secure garage, the coffee bar, the community grills, and the pool. I’ve lived here for almost about 6 months, and honestly this apartment complex has been amazing. The property is clean, safe, and really well taken care of. Maintenance requests get handled quickly and the staff is always friendly and helpful, especially during the move in process for us. The amenities are a huge bonus and the monthly social events are very thought out from the staff. It’s been the easiest living experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that’s comfortable, modern, and managed by people who genuinely care. Thank you guys!!

I’ve lived at The Clove since July and I genuinely have zero complaints. The building is always spotless, and it somehow smells amazing every time I walk in. It’s honestly the cleanest place I’ve ever lived. Maintenance and the leasing team are incredible. They’re literally in the lobby all the time, so it’s super easy to ask questions or get anything done. Every request has been handled quickly and with zero hassle. I was nervous about noise because my last apartment was insane. You could hear neighbors sneeze. Here, we haven’t had a single noise issue. It’s been such a relief. If you want a place that feels clean, cared for, and actually staffed by people who pay attention, The Clove has been amazing for us.
