Rented a house through them and had the worst experience there. Prior to move in we were told a professional cleaner was to come and clean the property. The day of move in NOTHING was cleaned. The property had USED wax strips in the bathroom drawers, men’s facial hair all over the bathroom, dirt in the cupboards, smoke residue on absolutely everything. Carpets were disgusting. The basement flooded twice within 6 months of living there, one due to a pipe bursting and the first time was the same month we moved in. Took months to get in contact with someone and to get someone to the property to fix it. I actually got super sick due to the third hand smoke and was out of work for two days! Don’t even bother calling them, no one ever answers, let alone call you back. Unless you call Cade direct

We wanted to view a rental. Went back and forth with the office for several days before finally setting something up. They wanted $100 to run a background check on my husband and I before even setting up a viewing. Asked for a lot of personal information just to view. Showed up to the viewing at the scheduled time and waited in the hot sun with an infant and toddler for 30 minutes and no one showed up so we left and didn’t end up seeing anything. That showed me more than anything else that I would not want to rent from this company.

Great people to work with if anything goes on with the property i even after hours I can contact John personally and he gets back to me within seconds same as Jesse if I can't get a hold of John they help you out if you are having financial issues as long as you explain the situation they will work with you on everything excellent landlords and property management

Was able to help us in a very dire situation when we first moved in has always been helpful also has always maintained the property very well and has always been very easy to work with the office as well as everyone that works there have always been very accommodating as well as very helpful and friendly at all times and even we’re willing to help us with a vacuum when ours went down Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home and looking for a rental company that will look out for the residents.

Clooten Property Management went out of their way to help me find a place to rent at a very difficult time for my kids and I. I highly recommend Jesse if your looking for a place to rent or buy!
