Cloisters at Carolina Forest

I've had a really positive experience living at this apartment complex. The community is well-kept, the office staff is friendly and responsive, and any questions or concerns I've had were handled quickly. I especially want to recognize the maintenance team -- Ken and Elton are fantastic. They're professional, prompt, and always make sure issues are fixed the right way the first time. It's clear they care about the residents and take pride in their work, which makes a huge difference. Overall, this has been a great place to live and I appreciate the effort that goes into keeping everything running smoothly. Cloisters at Carolina Forest is an excellent choice when choosing your next home. We were lucky to find a beautiful two bedroom unit that felt spacious and affordable. Our main priority was finding a home within close proximity to our son's school that also permitted pets. Cloisters was able to check all of our boxes and more. Once interested we contacted them, and as anyone who is house hunting knows management companies can be extremely finicky. You can imagine our surprise when Jordan instantly contacted us in regards to our inquiry. She listened to our needs, responded to all our questions, and genuinely seemed happy to assist us throughout the process. I have never had better landlords. The office staff has been so easy to work with, they are always happy to help. They communicate quickly and make sure you feel like a valued resident. Maintenance is also super friendly and quick! Even came out on the weekend for an emergency. They keep in touch during repairs so you know you’re not being forgotten about. It’s clean and safe here. 11/10 !

Jordan and Dee have been terrific since day 1. I toured the property in November when searching for a new home and I knew this was the place for me. It has been an amazing few months and I look forward to more wonderful days in this community I now call home.

Amazing staff! Jordan in the front office has been an amazing help to us as we navigated moving into the apartment. She is always there to answer a question. The one or two things that we needed looked at maintenance was there within a day.
