Deed Restricted and supposed to be Affordable Housing. Currently being used privately for Bogosian/ Longfellow employee housing and junk yard. Place is run down and smells like male cat spray 🤢 porch is bowed, fence posts broken and laying on the ground, mud pits filled with abandoned vehicles.
Roomy 2&3 bdrm units,full basements, landscaping and plowing included. Heat and hot water included in rent. On public bus route,half mile to shopping and 1 mile to Falmouth Heights beach. Good neighbors and children. Dumpster provided as well
