Clipper Bay Apartments

I had a great experience with the staff at Clipper Bay Apartments. The team was very professional, respectful, and helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions clearly and made everything smooth and stress-free. The office staff is friendly and responsive, and they truly care about residents. I really appreciate their patience and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place because of the excellent staff support.

Claribel is a new member to the community and I believe already she is a great asset to the community. Very helpful and genuine. She makes me feel like I’m being heard. 10/10 staff and community.

I came by to inquire about an apartment, although I did not meet the requirements due to income restrictions. I must say that I was extremely impressed with how professional the entire team was even though I didn't qualify. The property was really clean and well maintained. I wish I could have made Clipper Bay my home.

It is a beautiful place to live, the neighbors are respectful, nice, the maintenance guys are the best, and the girls in the administration are predisposed to everything, Vanessa the girl in the administration is a person who solves is excellent in her attention. Thank you Clipper Bay .
