Clinton Court Apartments

I’ve loved living at Clinton Court for the past couple years! It’s the perfect part of Portland for me, and it’s so nice living in a single-floor building as an apartment - feels more like a house. Management and maintenance are very communicative, attentive, and timely.

Amazing staff!!!!! We’ve rented from affinity before and was great, but Katy and Charles really went above and beyond to accommodate us ‘ they are super amazing and I hope affinity never losses them, they would be foolish if so :) thank you again for all your hospitality in the move in process :)

I had an issue with my furnace. The team was super quick in getting everything taken care of and even loaned me a space heater while the work was being done! Thank you for being so quick!

Great manager. Great maintenance, always on top of things.

I recently move in Clinton court and management doing good helpful also I had a issue with my sink and maintenance fixed right away so I recommend anyone to live here
