Clinton Avenue Apartments

The office is very unprofessional and unorganized. They had to women in there arguing face to face. The keys they have are labeled to the wrong apartments. The management sucks big time.

They are the worst apartment company I’ve live in. They should just close it down and keep Rochester because these people out here really need professionalism and they just aren’t. They talk to you rude and the maintenance people a never know what they are doing. Don’t waste your time and money and mental state

Do not move here looks are very deceiving my apartment is infested with these small ants that wont go away they get into everything food in cabinets and fridge and on countertops and i keep a clean home. Pest control comes once a week and the leasing office says i have to call in so they can put me on the list for each week and i felt that was a red flag because why do i have to be put on a list each week and why does pest control already come weekly so that made me wonder how big is this infestation, how long has this been going on and how many other people have the same thing going on in their apartment. Move here if you want criminals having access to your apartment! How do you have someone as a maintenance man whos on the news for a recent robbery of an elderly man!

Whew being the first person in the apartment is always a plus.. But behind that sharing 1 gallon of water in a 3 family home you spend more time running cold water waiting for hot water ,what ever wood this is it's horrible home is infested with these little ants and you can never get anything fixed .. approach with caution if you want to live here don't have high hopes
