My husband and I have found a great place to live and start our family. Everything we need it we have finally found it Thanks to Claudia Solis! She’s such an amazing person that cares for her customers and their needs. She guided us through the process of applying. Claudia was very patient, kind and very professional. Nothing but good and positive things to say about Clint Palms. Laura is such a nice person, so patient and willing to help at all times and is ALWAYS on top of her game. Any maintenance issues she will make sure they are taken care of right away, and will follow up with you to ensure it is completed. All in all I can say I am very satisfied. I recommend these apartments very quiet and peaceful area.

I am giving this place 5 stars because of the professionalism and service that has been provided by everyone included. Ms Claudia made me feel right at home when i stepped in to get information. She took her time to show me around, and went through every detail of what needs to be done to live here. The apartment itself is cozy and great for my daughter and I. Close to many food chains, and easy access to i10. The apartment is great and the manager takes care of her tenants. Definitely recommend looking into Tropicana properties.

I've live her over 4 yrs. Property manager Laura is always helpful and makes sure things happen, especially when maintenance is needed. Covered parking is great!! And I love how all the apartments are 1 story so so above . Edit....... they lie and have a high turn around on property manager. They fail to communicate with Tennants!

I had a wonderful experience, the service was outstanding! Claudia Solis was a great person with me and my family.
